    We use Houzz Pro to create and manage estimates, invoices, and payments. Houzz Pro is an online platform that allows us to communicate via email. We'll set up a new project under your name, where all notes, photos, services, dates, and prices are recorded. Additionally, Houzz Pro makes it easy to make online card payments.

  • How much do you charge for an in person estimate?

    All estimates are FREE. No matter how big or small regardless of distance.

  • What method of payment do you accept?

    We accept payments via: Houzz (online), Venmo, Zelle, check or cash.

  • Could you provide referrals from previous clients ?

    We value our customers' experiences and are happy to provide referrals from previous clients upon request. Please contact us directly to receive testimonials or to be connected with a past customer for a firsthand account of our services.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. Our licensing ensures that we meet all the necessary legal and professional standards, while our insurance provides protection and peace of mind for both our clients and our team. We are happy to provide proof of our license and insurance upon request.

This allows us to keep all information organized and accessible. We also communicate regularly via email, which is our preferred method of communication for its reliability and ease of tracking. Please note that we do not accept phone texts. For any urgent matters, you can reach us via phone calls. Our goal is to ensure you are always informed and involved in every step of the process.
